I enlisted the help of Utopia Property Management last year to rent my house in Reno, and I am so happy I did! Troy Harsh is so knowledgeable and helpful, found amazing tenants, and has been very happy to answer any questions…I was saddened to learn that my tenants were moving, but I called Troy, and we got the ball rolling…not being familiar with all the ins and outs of renting out a house, Troy has been an invaluable resource! The housing market both purchase and rental is very tough in the Reno/Tahoe area, and as a professional trying to find a place to rent has been beyond pain staking.
